秦沈客运专线无碴轨道铺设技术

【摘要】 秦沈客运专线作为国家跨世纪的重点建设项目是我国自行研究、设计、制造、建设的第一条时速200km/h运营线,是我国铁路步入高速化的起点及技术水平的标志性工程;它的建成将为我国今后高速铁路的建设提供技术储备。 本文结合秦沈客运专线新线狗河和沙河大桥现场施工,对板式无碴轨道和长枕埋入式无碴轨道施工技术进行了系统的研究、探索。文章主要由以下几个部分的内容组成。 1.结合国内外高速铁路发展状况和国外无碴轨道发展情况,提出秦沈客运专线无碴轨道施工技术研究的目标、意义、方法和内容。 2.较详细地介绍了秦沈客运专线无碴轨道工程概况及设计方案。 3.结合秦沈客运专线B26-1标段内沙河无碴轨道实际施工情况,对长枕埋入式无碴轨道的总体施工安排、施工方案以及施工工艺进行了研究,同时重点对长枕埋入式无碴轨道的上承式可调式轨排支撑托架的设计、使用和施工测量控制进行了细致地说明和阐述。 4.结合秦沈客运专线B26-1标段内狗河无碴轨道实际施工情况,对板式无碴轨道的总体施工安排、施工方案以及施工工艺进行了研究,同时重点对板式无碴轨道的CA砂浆施工技术和施工测量基标控制方法进行了细致地说明和阐述。

【Abstract】 As the first passenger railway on which the speeds of operation trains exceed 200km/h, Qin-Shen passenger railway is researched, designed and constructed completely by our country. Qin-Shen passenger railway is a symbol engineering for the beginning of our high-speed railways.In this thesis, the construction technology of ballastless slab track and ballastless embedded sleeper track are systemically researched and investigated in combining with the real engineering on Gouhe bridge and Shahe bridge. The thesis is composed with the following parts.1 .Based on the developing conditions of high-speed railways in our country and around the world, there proposes the target, significance, methods and contents for the researches of construction technology of ballastless track on Qin-shen railway.2.Detailed introductions are given for the design scheme and engineering situations.3.The construction design, construction scheme and construction technology of ballastless embedded sleeper track are researched in combining with the constructing of the Ballastless track on Shahe bridge inside B26-1 section on Qin-shen railway. The design, application and construction measure for the adjustable up-supporting bracket for track panel are particularly described and expatiated.4. Combining with the constructing of the Ballastless track on Gouhe bridge, the researches are given to the construction design, construction scheme and construction technology of ballastless slab track. The construction technology and measure of ballastless slab track are particularly described and expatiated.
